Terms of sale

 

It is specified that these Terms exclusively govern sales by temporary tattoos. These products are sold new.

 

Article 1 - Prices

 

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding the cost of processing and shipping. (See shipping / time and costs).

 

1.2 - Tattoo-temporaire.com reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order entry.

 

1.3 - All products remain the property of tattoo-temporaire.com until full payment is received by tattoo-temporaire.com.

 

1.4 - Products and services sold on tattoo-temporaire.com are reserved for individuals.

Contractual information is presented in French and will be a confirmation containing the contractual information before the time of delivery. Tattoo-temporaire.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

 

Article 3 - Validation

 

You declare to have read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale before placing your order. The validation of your order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by tattoo-temporaire.com constitute proof of all transactions made by tattoo-temporaire.com and its customers.

 

Article 4 - Availability

 

Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Items not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.

In this framework, information on the availability of products are provided when placing your order. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or changes may exceptionally happen. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will notify you by email upon receipt of information received by suppliers. Your order will be cancelled and you will immediately be refunded if your account was debited.

 

Article 5 - Delivery

 

The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. When you order multiple products at the same time and that they have different delivery times, the shipment order is based on the longest time. Tattoo-temporaire.com however, reserves the right to split shipments. Only products shipped are debited. The participation fee for processing and shipment will be charged for one shipment. We also invite you to visit regularly monitor your order and contact Customer Service for any questions or problems arise.

In case of payment by credit card or private, times listed are average times and correspond to the time of dispatch (Article on the sheet), plus delivery times for products destined for metropolitan France and Monaco.

 

In case of payment by check, order will be processed upon receipt of check. Consequently, the time limits in this case are those at the date of receipt of the check and may be modified from those listed on the day of placing the order.

 

Any order not shipped within 30 days of the order will be cancelled unless otherwise agreed and specified in the offer of sale.

Article 6 - Payment

 

The payment of your purchases can be made either:

- By credit card through PAYPAL

- By bank check

Article 7 - Refund

 

Refunds products in the cases referred to in Articles 5 and 8 will be made within less than or equal to 15 days after receipt of goods by us.

Reimbursement will be the choice of tattoo-temporaire.com by crediting your bank account or by check sent to the customer who placed the order and billing address.

No-cons in sending refunds will be accepted for whatever reason.

 

Article 8 - Satisfied or refunded

 

You have a period of 15 days from receipt to return the product that you should not. The shipping fee and will then return to your office. Only the price of the product purchased will be refunded. This right of return will be accepted for products in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals ...), in good condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer are not included.

The responsibility of tattoo-temporaire.com can be incurred for non-compliance of the country where the product is delivered (for example if a product ban ...). It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities for import or use of products or services you plan to order.

The photos are for illustrative purposes. Please refer to product description of each product to know the precise characteristics, and if in doubt or if you want further information please contact us.

www.tattoo-temporaire.com is responsible for the content of pages it publishes.

In case of manifest error between product characteristics and its representation and / or conditions of sale, tattoo-temporaire.com can not be held liable.

Article 12 - Applicable law - Disputes

 

This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is the English language. In case of dispute with professionals and / or merchants, the courts of Lille (France) will be relevant. In case of dispute, French courts only.

Article L211-4 Consumer Code

 

The seller must deliver goods in conformity with the contract and liable for defects of conformity which exists at the issue.
